    Description

A beautiful, British Colonial built artillery gun carriage wheel in very good condition despite its age.  I investigated its origin with a british wheelwright who estimated its origins as follows:
"It is definitely a military wheel. It has flanges and that makes it a type of wheel called artillery, that is the style without a wooden hub. I would imagine that it was
    from
a gun, it is similar to a type 200 English pattern wheel, but the spokes have a slightly cruder design, so at a guess I would say that it was built in the former colonies. The amount of re
    enforce
would suggest a artillery nature. I cant be more specific unfortunately, lots of factories made wheels during the wars and each are a little different."
Its 125cm diameter and has markings (see pic) that state it is a 'type 202'.
This wheel is a very heavy item, likely 100kg so shipping from Cyprus is an issue and will effect the price. The shipping prices I have quoted are estimates only and subject to
    finalization
