McClellan Cavalry Civil War? Saddle-Spaulding Stirrup-Rock Island Arsenal Parts

Here is a nice lot of various horse tack that is all at least 100 years old. You can see a 12 Inch McClellan Cavalry Saddle Seat and an Spaulding Stirrup. The seat and large ring with the long strap are both stamped C.E.B. Another one of the parts is stamped Rock Island Arsenal and dated. Another strap that crosses the 15 sections of rope has a couple horseshoe buckles on it.
