Nigerian orange spessartite garnet. Commercial Thai mixed cut oval. Gem weighs 1.96 carats, measures 7.8x6.3x4.4.  Medium tone orange with strong saturation. Barely eye visible colorless inclusions.
Worthy of a recut or use as is.
